Why Do I Need A Marketing Plan?

With the internet being where 80% of buyers start their home search on, a marketing plan that is customized to the type of home we are selling is absolutely vital. What Do I Do When I Get An Offer?

As soon as an offer comes in on your home, we will sit down with you and go over every detail of the contract to make sure you know the full position of the buyer. There are sometimes additional conditions on the contract such as including some of your furniture or artwork in the deal, having professional cleaners clean the home before moving in, and perhaps covering the closing costs for the buyer. All of these are just part of the buyers offer. If you are not comfortable with anything, we will remove their conditions and send back a counter offer to the buyer. This process is completely handled by our team!

Once you are happy with the offer, we'll forward the documents to your lawyer and the buyer's lawyer. All that is left for you to do is pack up your possessions and move on to your next adventure.
