We're big fans of anything that's eco-friendly and helps make the world a better place - and that's definitely something that we focus on at Magellan Realty and in Lakeshore East in general. In fact, that's one of the reasons why it's our favorite Chicago neighborhood!

And that's what makes us so excited that the latest new construction - the stunning Vista tower - will not only be the third tallest building in Chicago, it'll be the first to include a unique amenity. Vista residents will have access to Tesla's car share program!

The vehicles will be located in the high rise's private garage and users can schedule usage via a mobile app.

One of the many reasons why we love Lakeshore East is how pet-friendly it is. From the dog runs in the buildings themselves to the park areas and easy access to Lake Michigan and the Lakeshore drive paths, it's a little piece of heaven for dogs and their human companions alike.

Living in downtown Chicago during the summer can be one of the most amazing times of the year for dog owners. After all, the weather is just about perfect, the parks and trails are open, and almost every restaurant with a patio welcomes your canine friend with open arms.

As soon as the summer starts, everyone in the city wants to get out there and explore new neighborhoods, parks, restaurants, and more. And with more than 200 amazing neighborhoods in the city, there's a lot to explore! And here's how to do it...
